2, The Goods Packing / Basic Bulk Packing Normally :
All our supplied items are FRAGILE, the products has the basic packing in our factory, but the goods is not safe enough for air or sea shipping, all of the products need to be PALLET PACKING before they are shipped by air or by sea, in that case, the goods will be shipped safety. If you have any special packing request, please kindly let us know, we can make the packing customized according to your request, but there will be extra cost for this.
We can make the below special packing, and not limit this.

--Colorful Gift Box and Outer Master Carton;3, Goods Delivery and Shipping / By Sea not By Air Shipping :
The goods is made by ceramic, porcelain, and bone china, the items is very HEAVY, so we do not suggest shipping the goods by air, which will cost too much, normally, the goods should be shipped by sea.
4, Broken and Damage Goods / Refunding or Compensating, not Re-shipping :
Whatever by sea shipping or by air shipping, there would be little broken or damage during shipping, although we have packed the goods properly, because the goods is FRAGILE, in case, the broken or damage situation happened, we will cut the damage goods cost or compensate the damage goods to you in your next order, we can not ship the damage goods separately, because the shipping cost will be too much, we have no ability afford that, please kindly understanding.
